At Solstice Skin Food, every order is carefully prepared by hand and sent with the same love and intention that goes into our products. We want your delivery experience to be as smooth and thoughtful as the skincare inside it.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 2–5 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days Australia-wide, depending on your location. We currently ship through Australia Post for reliable, trackable service.
Shipping Cost
We offer a flat rate of $15 on all Australian orders.
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, promotional periods, or due to postal delays beyond our control.
Packaging & Sustainability
We’re always working to make Solstice Skinfood as kind to the planet as it is to your skin.
Your products arrive in recyclable cardboard boxes, with protective bubble wrap to keep them safe in transit. While our packaging isn’t completely plastic-free yet, we make every effort to keep our carbon footprint small and our materials responsibly chosen.
Each order includes a reusable calico bag, designed to replace single-use boxes and packaging waste. We love knowing these bags will continue to be useful in your home for years to come — holding skincare, travel essentials, or little everyday treasures.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or has been damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@solsticeskinfood.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Solstice Skinfood products. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
We happily offer returns, exchanges, or store credit for unopened and unused items in their original condition.
To start a return:
Email us at hello@solsticeskinfood.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with simple return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund, exchange, or credit will be processed promptly.
Please note: due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
